Course Description
This course offers an in-depth overview of critical communication and visibility activities that should be implemented within the framework of EU-funded projects. Become familiar with the relevant requirements to ensure compliance with rules and standards and to effectively deliver key messages to the beneficiaries of EU-funded actions and other stakeholders. Learn what communication and visibility activities should be performed at each stage of the project cycle (proposal, implementation and reporting) and note our tips and examples that will help you properly organize this project component.

- Confidently draft a Visibility and Communication Plan.
- Organise appropriate visibility and communication activities throughout the project cycle.
Structure and total commitment time
By subscribing to this course, you will have access to a dedicated page within our learning platform where you can find the eLearning modules and download the other course materials.
The eLearning lasts approximately 2 hours. It is composed as follows:
- Interactive eLearning: you can follow the course at your own pace on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. The course will include reading texts, watching short videos, interactive exercises and hypothetical scenarios.
- Additional learning material: you will be able to download additional readings materials and documents.
- Forum: you will be able to communicate with the trainers, post questions and share information and best practices with other participants.
- Final tasks: 30 mins – Complete the exit test and fill out the evaluation form.
All learning materials must be completed within 30 days of first access.

This is and interactive self-paced eLearning: you will be able to follow the course at your own pace, through your computer, laptop or mobile phone.
After subscription, you will be addressed to the punto.sud Academy eLearning platform and subscribed to the course. You will have 30 days, from the first access, to complete the course.
At the end of the course, you will be required to fill in an evaluation form and you will be able to download the certificate of attendance.
